- Potatoes have emerged as a vital crop for both farmers and consumers in Pakistan. Known for their appealing medium-brown to reddish color and long to oblong shape, Pakistani potatoes are cultivated in a variety of sizes. The primary growing region is the Depalpur district in Punjab province. To support this industry, Hayat has established a state-of-the-art facility close to the heart of this key potato-producing area.

While Pakistan produces several potato varieties, we primarily focus on exporting three high-demand types: Mozika, Santa, and Asterix.
- Mozika: A long, oval-shaped variety available from February, in sizes starting from 40mm and above.
- Santa: A round-shaped variety, also available in 40mm+ sizes.
- Asterix: A reddish-skinned variety, available from early March in sizes 45mm and above.
